The ticket machine at my work only printed my underground ticket and seat ticket - the staff would not let me board, treated like scum by them, they said that the ticket was issued but did not believe it was for me.
Tried to charge me £36 for a re-placement as they said I must not have picked up or owned the ticket.
But then when the staff wanted to take my name because I said I wanted to make a complaint they soon changed their tune when I explained my name as Lord not Mr and showed them ID - came back with a £19.90 ticket and the forms to claim a re-fund. Will never travel Virgin again and also going to cancel my TV package
