Bethania (S) bus stop in Abercynon

Initial problem

On the 24th of july 2012 i boarded a train from fernhill to abercynon to go to merthyr tydfil the train stopped in between penrhiwceiber and abercynon to a fault of the track going towards cardiff. Once we got to abercynon they kicked everyone off the train. Once that train left three other trains went past without kicking people off. The train going to merthyr tydfil the time that it was arriving changed atleast four times. At 13.19 another train arrived i went and asked the conductor when the train would be arriving hee said the train driver was on the phone to Arriva trains wales finding out stuff about what times trains would be coming i then followed the conductor up to the where the driver was at the front of the train i then asked him when the train would be arriving he replied with why would i know im a train driver i said you were just on the phone to them he replied sooo.. i asked so you dont know nothing about the trains and what time theyre coming he then started coming closer to me and said im a f***ing train driver i dont know nothing i asked him what his name is and said his attitude was disgusting he then came closer to me a again and said your not getting my f***ing name i said who do you think your speaking too he replied with i dont know who the f*** you think your speaking too. with that the train pulled in i told him i will be reporting him and he continued to shout abuse as i was walking towards to the train. once on the train i burst into tears and had a panic attack and started to feel light headed. i then began to have pain in my stomach also i am three months pregnant with my baby and worried that this may have put my baby in distress i will not be satisfied until that man who thinks he can speak to woman like this is put out of his job he is not qualified to have the job he has he has zero tolerannce and zero respect from women and if i was not on my own he would not have spoken to me this way gauranteed i am very upset by the way i was spoken to and know this is an absolutly disgusting way too be treated i look forward to be hearing from you VERY soon to know that this very disrespectful "man" will pay for what he put me through.

    I notice that you reported it at a bus stop, meaning your message got sent off to Rhondda Cynon Taf council. I've forwarded it to Arriva Trains Wales. If you receive a puzzled reply from the council, please ignore it and hold tight for the response from Arriva.

    i did not report it at the bus stop i repeatedly stated the train driver on the train station going from one to another please take notice to what i am saying.

    Hi Nicola,

    I mean that you reported the problem here on FixMyTransport at the bus stop - note the text at the top of this page which says "Bethania bus stop in Abercynon".

    For future reference, the easiest way to find a train route on FixMyTransport is to:

    - Click 'journey or route' from the homepage
    - Click 'train' on the next page
    - Input your start and end points in the form
    - This takes you to a page where you can type in your message to the operator.

    FixMyTransport sends your message to the correct operator automatically, based on what you input during these stages. If you report a problem at a bus stop, it sends it to the council (because they maintain bus stops). If you report it on a route, it sends it to the train operator.

    I hope that makes sense, and that Arriva respond to you soon.

    Nicola, Fix my Transport are trying to help. If you look at the google plan attached to your original complaint it shows a bus stop, hence the confusion. Your text is clear about it beinga train, but the diagram isn't.
