Initial problem
Dear Sir,
I took my grandaughter for a day out in london and got tickets with you. I took the 9.22am to euston which was fine. I had to go to train information quite a few times as I was not sure of how to get round the places we went to. I even asked the information if our tickets for going back to milton keynes were at any certain time? and they told peak time was the morning after 9.00 and going back I could go at any time. I got back to euston for about 5.00 ish and tried to go through and was told I was not able to go till after 7.00 . I told the manager I was told I could take any time? he wanted to know who told me I did not have a clue as I had asked lots of rail people questions to get around my jouney. I had to get back for around 7.00 as I had to give my boy a insulin injection thats why I asked at information as I new I needed to get back. I asked to see the manager and I expained I needed to get back and was told I would have to pay about £35.00 I did not have this kind of money on me and they still insisted that I could not go till 7.00. After a lot of upset they let me through but I cannot beleive they were so horrible to me infront of my young grandaughter and so upset that they did not take into account that I needed to get back to do a insulin injection. He had no compassion for the fact I needed to get back to give an injection and I am the sole person to do it !!!!! This experiance will last me for a long time as I was so so worried that I could not get back in time. My boy is very ill and upsetting his routine could cause him harm. Please Please make sure your information people give out the correct information as it can cause someone like me a very worrying experiance.
