Initial problem
Severe overcrowding on the 1443 from Wolverhampton to Newtown. Only 2 coaches and already over-full an arrival at Wolverhampton. No attempt by Arriva to provide adaequate accommodation for the nuumber of passengers. air-conditioning ineffective. Toilets un-reacghable due to the number of people on board (all isles & vestibules fiull of luggage & people)

Standard reply which did not address the issue of severe overcrowding on a 2 coach train (standard set). The next train, 2 hours later, had 6 coaches but comparitively empty. Arriva Wales do not seem to be flexible enough to respond to changes in loading
