Initial problem
hi there, i had my first, first class journey to wigan and the service was exceptional and i really felt made welcome and the staff could not help me enough. Unfortunatly the return to glasgow wasnt at all in anyway shape or form good. The toilet nearest me was over flowing, the service staff practically ignored me and looked like they clearly had somewhere better to be. I got 1 comp cup of tea and i asked for another and got told i would need to purchase one. This put me off going with virgin trains again.
