Initial problem
I was on the Haymarket to Dunblane train leaving at 16 07 and stood all the way to Polmont Station before I got a seat. This is totally unacceptable. There were only 2 carriages on this train. Taking into account that this was the last train for the cheap day return customers as well as the Edinburgh Festival being on and children still on holiday, surely you should realise that 2 carriages are not nearly enough for this time of day as well as the time of year. My ticket number was 71813
