Initial problem

Train over-crowded, insufficient hand holds for people to stand safely in the middle of the carriage. Where you surprised by Manchester City playing? Obviously the supporters know when they are playing at home today.
Also one of the sets of doors were broken, making it difficult to get off when there was no room to move.

    They did actually, I deleted the email but I think it was fairly generic.
