Initial problem
on the 7th spt 2012 i boarded the 9.12am train { return ticket circa £38.00 } the train was delayed at eastleigh for between 10-15 minutes causing me to be late to the airport.at the airport the "self check in" machines,aprox eight off,were all out of order which meant i had to queue,which in turn meant i missed my flight.{ the later points i shall take up with the airline }all this adds up to me buying another flight,£96.00,on the saturday morning and having to buy another return train ticket from clapham to southamton,i cant express the problems and the stress that this not only caused me but also those i had intended to meet in france.i think it would only be fair that you compensate me the cost of one of my return tickets.i look forward to hearing from you in the very near future,yours sincerely,H.G.LONGDEN.
