Train route between Hounslow and London Waterloo

Initial problem

Hello

I don't know why but trains are shorter at pick time (trains are packed).
What kind of service is it?
The fares are high but service poor.
Please give me a reason for it.
Trains were 8coaches long a couple of weeks ago at same time.
