Initial problem
I boarded the 4.24p.m. from platform 4b Birmingham New Street on Friday, 21st Sept. 2012 and sat down and waited - after about ten minutes Passengers as far as shrewsbury were asked to get off - so passengers travelling further than shrewsbury could get on. I find this insulting - as everyone's journey is important to them and everyone would like to get home at the end of the day - so why should I have to get off for someone else ( I had a valid tickets). I then had to wait for the 5.05p.m. train which arrived in Shrewsbury an hour later than I intended to - making me late for another appointment. If the request two hours earlier for two more carriages to be available for the 4.24 the above could have been avoided.
