I have relatives stuck at Crewe telling me the lifts aren't working for over-bridges.
Not much staff information or help (are they under stress with the bad weather conditions)some points staff not to be seen
All customers appreciate is regular announcements of reassurance and an empathetic ear to reassure travelers of updates and to show that some one cares
