Initial problem

My three daughters where going out to see Annie at the theatre and getting off at queen street. They got on at Dalmuir where the ticket inspector, who was female, blondle hair, on the Edinburgh train at 1835 was very rude. They had asked for two adults and one child tickets which as they know their little sister goes free as she is a child. However the women was very cheeky for example asking them which one is the child! and stated unless she had ID she was going through as an adult. My other daughters (aged 24 and 26) explained she is 14 and the women gave them no option and was very cheeky towards them. I think it is ridiculus that the women had ruined their night due to her bad attitude and my daughter was charged an adult fair.
