Initial problem
10.05 train monday 24 sept. stopped at craven arm s on route to manchester because of water problem on track ..after over 4 hours of going nowhere got taxi to shrewsbury then train to wolverhampton then train to preston then train to blackpool got to hotel at 10 o clock in the night....room had been given to somebody else..eventualy having hunted else where for digs got in a hotel which was 100 pounds dearer than originally .....very upset with the day at 72 years of age did not need it....[email address removed, but sent to Arriva]
