Initial problem

The 05:25 (number 164) did not arrive. I will be late because of this. Please don't give me excuses about faulty buses, the operator is supposed to have spare units to cope with this kind of situation. Also, if a driver calls in sick, there should be standby staff available. Remember, we pay for this service and shouldn't have to put up with this sort of thing.

    Previously I was notified of outcomes from my complaint: this time I have heard nothing.
