Initial problem
Hi on my last two journeys finishing at Haydons Road the oyster card reader on the platform with trains from tooting will not read my oyster card and resulted in me having a fine. This has happened on both my last 2 trips and have seen other people with the same problem,many of the locals seem to be aware of this and use the reader by the entrance instead,please can you get the reader checked.thanks.
I did phone phrough using the on platform info buton but the bloke on the phone didnt know what an oyster card was and hung up very unhelpfull!
