Initial problem
i am a 19 year old female who travelled down from hengoed to heath high level on the 8.10am from hengoed train - i showed my pass and monthly ticket during the journey down. when i got off the station there were two men at the bottom of the steps which i have never seen before. one said tickets please and i didnt understand why i had to show my ticket again and i assumed that they were there for people to buy tickets for the journey to cardiff. as i walked passed them one stopped me by putting his arm across my stomach - i said i didnt realise i had to show you my ticket and he got aggressive and rude towards me -he raised his voice to me - saying well you stopped didnt you - so i showed him my ticket and felt quite intimidated by him.
