Initial problem
Just recently there has been no explanation of the trains being late between Manchester Oxford road to Liverpool lime street. Every morning I get the train from padgate to warrington central but it seems to be delayed on several occasions!. When boarding the train there is no announcement why the train is late. Please northern rail have some common courtesy to let your passengers know why as to its lateness most mornings.
Regards a bus customer at the moment!

It would be appericiated if there would be an announcement either on train or at the departing station to why the train is late.
