Initial problem
I understand everyone has to ues the trains and understanderble Peaple go from clapham to ascot by train, my objection is that the train is packed with drunks there and back which the rest of the travellers are stuck with for an hour, being shoved , kicked and unable to hear anything but drink singing and shouting.
It's disgusting and threatening. When I came to get off at my stop I had to ask loudly if I could get passed & was shouted at by 4/5 men I'm a girl on my own and I was very upset. I paid £19 for the pleasure of being scared. This has happened 3times on this line I would complain this needs to be dealt with by asking no drinking on the train and having a quiet carrage that normal - not drink& shouting peaple-in -the day can escape to with out fear
