Initial problem
Hello,
I bought a return ticket today (Oct 21) from London Bridge to Penge West. The train to Penge West was late and there were no trains at all returning from Penge West (or any other station nearby) to London Bridge.
I'm a reasonable person so I understand delays happen, but providing me with a return trip was a rather important condition of our contract, which you've obviously broken.
I want my money back.
