Initial problem
On Satruday 20 October my husband, friends and I travelled into Bath from Chippenham train station, which we do on a regular basis.
We normal purchase a group ticket for £10 from the kiosk, which covers 4 people, unfortunately the kiosk was not covered due to sick leave.
We therefore had to purchase our tickets from the machine which charged us £20 to cover our journey. I understand that the kiosk can not always be covered when staff go off last minute on sick leave but you should not be penalised.
Please could you look into this for me.
