Initial problem
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to complain about how much you use air conditioning on your trains and how cold it is! I realise I am a little late in complaining, since it's nearly winter and I presume (hope) it will be switched off soon, however given that it has got even colder recently the temperature of your trains is now almost unbearable. I have asked a member of your staff if it could be turned off or down, but he unhelpfully just replied 'no'. I am not a fan of aircon in generally, however I can understand if it's really hot outside some people prefer it. In the future could there be some sort of threshold and if the temperature outside is generally below, say 20 degrees, then it is switched off?
