Initial problem

I went to get on the 507 this morning, as I went to enter the bus I had my hand and arm on the bus I was just about to get on and the driver closed the door shutting my hand and arm on the bus and I had to force the door open to retreive my hand and my umbrella broke. I pulled away and the driver shut the doors. he then decided to open them to let me on but never apologised for shutting me in the door. Bus number was BT09GOK. Appalling that he never even apologised and could have caused damage to me. Maybe the driver should go on a health & safety course and be more polite to customers and I now have to but a new umbrella due to his actions. A very annoyed and angry customer.

    I was quite shocked to be told that the driver no longer works for the company however; as your priority is looking after the customer and their health and safety and providing an efficient service I can understand why this action was taken.
