Initial problem

After using this service for many years I am now being told that their timetable is wrong and the route does not stop there.
Since that letter from Arriva no attempt has been made to warn the public. There is no notice on the bus stop and the route is still advertised on their website.

    Arriva at last agreed that the x3 bus should serve the bus stop it was missing.
    It took the best part of a year for this to happen.
